Born and raised in Wadelai Subcounty and the present day Pakwach District, Chairman Epiphany holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Makerere University and numerous professional and skills development certificates from the USA (World Bank, IP3, SmartKoncept technologies, ILI in partnership with George Town University), United Kingdom, Europe and Asia in a number of fields including PPPs, Project preparation, Oil and Gas Economics, Macroeconomic Management among others.
