Barry Development Corporation (BDC) was incorporated on the 10th day of October, 2019 in the Republic of Uganda with Company Registration No. 80020002143208 in line with the Companies Act No. 1 of 2012 as a Limited Liability Company. Berocan and Family is the majority shareholder with 75% of the Company shares while the 25% of the shares is held by Ms. Komugisa Rosette, Company Associates and Partners in line with the corporate governance principles. The registered domicile of the Company is in the Republic of Uganda.
