Dr. Upenytho George DuGuMm is a male Ugandan, hails from Wadelai Sub- County in the present day Pakwach District. DuGuMm is a Family Physician with a Public Health Background. Currently, he is the Commissioner Health Services – Community Health; and Ministry of Health (MOH) Consultant on Public Health. He holds a Master Degree in Family Medicine from Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), Master of Public Health (MPH) from Makerere University, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from MUST, and Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Public Health (DTMPH) from Humboldt University- Berlin Germany. He has worked with the Ministry of Health in various capacities from the level of a ward Doctor rising to the position of Hospital Director of a Regional Referral Hospital.
