Mrs. Nairuba Racheal Berocan is the First Director Finance and Administration of Barry Development Corporation. Mrs. Berocan has spearheaded the development of the Barry Human Resource Management Policy, Finance Policy, Client Charter as well as developing the first job requirements for the Corporation. Born on 27th December 1989, Mrs. Berocan is a versatile individual and a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma in Business Administration of Kyambogo University, Kampala.
