In line with Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, the Corporation proposes to establish the following subsidiaries to further her business interests:

• Barry Pharmaceuticals (already operational).
• Barry Medical Centre (pending supplies of medical equipment).
• Barry hi-tech laboratories (pending supplies of medical equipment).
• Barry financial services (MoMo Pay services, visa are operational).
• Barry hotels, hospitality and accommodation services (pipeline project).
• Barry retail and wholesale trade services (next phase).
• Barry construction and engineering services ( next phase).
• Barry foundation for community empowerment (pipeline project).
