Epiphany Berocan is the Founder, Chairman and the first Chief Executive Officer of Barry Development Corporation following registration of the Corporation on October 10, 2019. In January 2020, Epiphany embarked on a journey that culminated into establishment of the first subsidiary of the Corporation, Barry Pharmacy. Barry Pharmacy became operational on 31st March, 2020 with its business premises in Pakwach District, Westnile Region of Uganda.

Nairuba Racheal Berocan

Mrs. Nairuba Racheal Berocan is the First Director Finance and Administration of Barry Development Corporation. Mrs. Berocan has spearheaded the development of the Barry Human Resource Management Policy, Finance Policy, Client Charter as well as developing the first job requirements for the Corporation. Born on 27th December 1989, Mrs. Berocan is a versatile individual and a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma in Business Administration of Kyambogo University.

Dr Upenytho George Dugumm

Dr. Upenytho George DuGuMm is a male Ugandan, hails from Wadelai Sub- County in the present day Pakwach District. DuGuMm is a Family Physician with a Public Health Background. Currently, he is the Commissioner Health Services – Community Health; and Ministry of Health (MOH) Consultant on Public Health. He holds a Master Degree in Family Medicine from Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), Master of Public Health (MPH) from Makerere University.

Dr. Gude Wilson
Director Medical Services
Dr. Gude Wilson was born on 5th May, 1973 in Wadelai Sub-county, Pakwach District. Dr. Gude is the Director Medical Services of the Barry Development Corporation. He holds Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from the International University of Health Sciences Kampala; Masters of Family Medicine (Online Programme) from the Tulane University; BSc. Public Health Medicine, from the International University of Health Sciences Kampala; Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health, Gulu Clinical School with over 15 years of clinical practice.
